Attorney: the U.S. military ignored warning signs over how dangerous firefighting foam was

The U.S. military has long known of the potential dangers from firefighting foam to the environment and continued to use them, according to documents given to the Bucks County Courier-Times.

Mark Cuker of Williams Cuker Berezofsky is suing the federal government over contaminated water wells located near military installations in Bucks and Montgomery counties in Pennsylvania.
