Proposed distribution of Flint settlement raises grave concerns

The details of the proposed Flint settlement have been released. They are unfair to the great majority of Flint residents; most of the money will be paid based on bone lead testing, but bone lead testing is extremely limited and  not available to the majority of Flint residents.
